12/18 at 2:29 a.m. A 17-year-old boy of Auburn was arrested by Officer Brandon L. Paxton on a charge of theft of unauthorized taking or transfer.

12/18 at 8:11 p.m. Frederick Donald Dyer, 48, of Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on Main Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

12/21 at 3:03 a.m. A 17-year-old boy of West Gardiner was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of theft by unauthorized use of property.

Not the time or the place

12/18 at 6:13 p.m. Police were notified of a hunter in Winslow Park. They found and advised the hunter to leave the property. Police report there is no hunting in the park or at night.

No forced entry

12/20 at 6:56 p.m. A resident of Bucknam Road contacted police to report a missing computer and television. Police report there was no forced entry but the resident did not have the door locked. Police report the missing items are worth about $1,400.
