PORTLAND – Acorn Productions’ annual Phyzgig festival, a celebration of physical comedy and variety entertainment, continues in downtown Portland through New Year’s Eve.
Today’s kid-friendly Phyzkidz show is at Space Gallery, while Phyzgig’s mainstage variety shows are held at Portland Stage Company, 25A Forest Ave., featuring four performers and the live Phyzgig Gypsy Swing Band.

Phyzgig showcases 12 performers chosen through a competitive application process that attracted interest from national and international artists. The acts include clowning, juggling, magic, slapstick humor and other disciplines that defy labeling.
