1/1 at 12:01 a.m. Jessica J. Berry, 25, of Hillside Avenue, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Lucas Hallett on a charge of sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

1/1 at 1:13 a.m. Lee T. Skillin, 19, of Depot Road, was issued a summons on Depot Road by Officer Dean Mazziotti on a charge of allowing a minor to consume liquor.

Starting the new year off wrong

1/1 at 1:13 a.m. Officer Dean Mazziotti reportedly noticed the gate for the Skillins Greenhouse property on Depot Road was open and there were several cars parked on the property. Upon inspection, the officer allegedly discovered a number of underage and juvenile kids drinking alcohol and partying. Lee T. Skillin, 19, of Falmouth was charged with allowing a minor to consume liquor and his friend Jonathan M. Greenwood, 18, of North Yarmouth, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor.

Luck for a lady tonight

1/3 at 12:02 a.m. A caller reported leaving her wallet in a cart in the Walmart parking lot. The wallet was reportedly recovered from the cart and returned to her with nothing missing.
