FALMOUTH — Maine State Police say the driver of a tractor-trailer truck was found dead in the cab following a crash on Interstate 295 in Falmouth this afternoon.
The crash happened at mile marker 11, just north of the Bucknam Road on ramp. The truck crashed into a snowbank, police said. There was little damage and police suspect the driver may have died of a medical condition.
State Police say the lane that was closed while the truck was removed has reopened.
The crash happened at about 1:30 p.m.
