A three- or four-day pass to the Nateva Music and Camping Festival in Oxford this summer might seem out of reach for folks still struggling with the effects of the recession.

But now organizers are offering a new way to pay – layaway.

A four-day weekend pass to the festival, which will be held Aug. 4-7 this year, will set you back $194. Paying by layaway will cost $226.75, but payments can be spread out between now and May 30.

A four-day weekend pass on layaway costs $204, plus a “convenience fee” of $14.85, a facility fee of $2.95 and a layaway fee of $4.95, for a total of $226.75.

The first layaway charge of $75.58 occurs immediately with the purchase of the ticket. A second charge for the same amount is due April 14, and a final charge of $75.59 occurs on May 30.

A similar payment option is being offered for a three-day weekend pass. A three-day pass on layaway will cost $201.75, which includes the ticket price of $179 and the convenience, facility and layaway fees. Each credit card payment for a three-day pass will be $67.25.
