Kids came from all over Maine to take their best shot at Sunday’s Hot Shot competition held at the Portland Expo. Advantage Aroostook County. Seven of the eight champions are from The County.
The competition is run by the Maine Recreation and Park Association in partnership with the Maine Red Claws. It involves shooting from five different spots on the floor. Competitors are given a limited amount of time at each station to take their shots.

13-15 Girls: Jenna Boucher from Caribou
13-15 Boys: Thomas Hanson from Brunswick
16-18 Girls: Amanda Hotham from Fort Fairfield
16-18 Boys: Josh Forsman from Limestone
