Oxford Plains Speedway showed off some of the cars that will be competing at the three-eighths mile oval this summer in Portland’s Monument Square on Friday.

Included in the display was the Late Model Sportsman car driven by two-time TD Bank 250 champion Eddie MacDonald — the Grimm Construction Chevy — as well as the cars driven by husband and wife, Corey and Missy Morgan of Lewiston.

Corey Morgan competes in the Late Model division at the speedway and Missy Morgan competes in the track’s Ladies’ division.

All three cars are expected to race Sunday in the track’s season opener, which includes an American Canadian Tour 150-lap event as well as racing in all seven divisions at Oxford Plains. — Paul Betit, Staff Writer
