PORTLAND — Alexis Bogdanovich pitched a two-hitter with 13 strikeouts and also scored Tuesday as South Portland finished a perfect regular season with a 1-0 victory against McAuley in a Southern Maine Activities Association softball game.

Bogdanovich reached on a fielder’s choice in the second inning and eventually scored on Libby Grant’s pop fly to center for the Red Riots (16-0).

Grant finished with two of the six hits South Portland managed off Jennifer Field of McAuley (12-4).

SANFORD 17, PORTLAND 1: Heather LeBlanc had two hits with five RBI and three runs, and Faith Crosby pitched a three-hitter with a season-high eight strikeouts as the Redskins (9-7) handled the Bulldogs (0-16) in five innings at Sanford.

LeBlanc hit a three-run double in a five-run first and added a two-run single in a nine-run fourth. Kelsey Doiron added a three-run double in the fourth.

Crosby (6-3) didn’t walk a batter.

LeBlanc, Kellie Tovey, Jamie Bougie and Sam Adams each had two hits. Tovey scored three runs and drove in two, and Bougie scored twice.

KENNEBUNK 12, BIDDEFORD 4: Janelle Bouchard hit a two-run homer and Brittany Madore added a three-run double to cap a five-run first inning for the Rams (12-4) against Biddeford (11-5) at Kennebunk.

After the Tigers pulled within 5-4 in the third, Kennebunk pulled away with a run in the bottom of the third and five in the fifth, keyed by Carinn Burns’ two-run triple.

Katelyn Lebreux had a homer for Biddeford.

NOBLE 7, GORHAM 6: Molly Pritchett, Nicole Lanoie and Justina Shorey each had three hits, and the Knights (10-6) scored two in the bottom of the eighth inning to edge the Rams (6-10) at North Berwick.

In the eighth, Shorey singled in Lanoie, who reached on a double, to make it 6-6, and Shorey scored the winning run on a sacrifice fly by Hilary Allen.

Moira Keahon scored on a passed ball in the top of the eighth to put the Rams ahead, 6-5.

Mary Redman had two hits for Gorham.

MASSABESIC 4, WINDHAM 2: The Mustangs (6-10) scored four unearned runs against the Eagles (2-14) at Windham.

Emily Schatz tripled home a run in the fifth inning that gave Massabesic a 3-1 lead.

Katelyn Tucker had three hits and a run, and Logan Genest added two hits and an RBI for Windham.

CHEVERUS 6, BONNY EAGLE 4: Stacy Swallow’s RBI single was the only hit as Cheverus (3-13) took advantage of four walks and three errors to score five runs in the fifth inning and take a 6-1 lead against the Scots (5-11) at Standish.

Julia Boucher’s two-run single helped Bonny Eagle score three in the bottom of the inning.

SCARBOROUGH 7, BONNY EAGLE 0: Mo Hannan pitched a two-hitter, struck out nine and also homered to help Scarborough (15-1) beat the Scots (5-11) at Standish.

Abby Rutt’s two-run single helped the Red Storm open a 3-0 lead in the first inning. Scarborough added three in the fifth before Hannan homered in the seventh.

THORNTON ACADEMY 11, WESTBROOK 3: Julia Geaumont pitched a seven-hitter with six strikeouts and hit a two-run homer as the Golden Trojans (14-2) defeated the Blue Blazes (6-10) at Westbrook.

Meghan Agger hit a solo homer and Kristen Duross added two doubles for Thornton.

Lindsey Driscoll had two hits despite an injury to her face that forced her out for three innings. Kayla Winton and Katelyn Benson were also repeat hitters for the Blue Blazes.

LACROSSE

FALMOUTH 15, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 5: Geneva Waite had two goals and two assists, and Alex Bernier added two goals and an assist as Falmouth (7-5) beat the Panthers (4-8) at Yarmouth.

Abby McKelvy scored twice for NYA.

SCARBOROUGH 15, WESTBROOK 8: Mary Scott had two goals and two assists as Scarborough (11-1) overcame a 3-0 deficit with seven goals in the final 18 minutes of the first half for a 7-3 lead against the Blue Blazes (4-8) at Westbrook.

Scott finished with three goals and three assists, and Kelsey Howard added three goals and an assist for the Red Storm. Sarah Howard scored four times and Siera Bellino three for Westbrook.

FREEPORT 13, WELLS 7: Jess Hench scored four goals and the Falcons (6-6) used an 8-2 run in the second half to beat the Warriors (5-7) at Wells.

Becca Lane added three goals, Lauren Easler had two goals and an assist, and Dayze Gaulin, Eli Pier, Alex Mitch and Jocelyn Davee also scored for Freeport.

Emily Knight had three goals, and Jennie Li finished with two goals and two assists for Wells.

BONNY EAGLE 18, SOUTH PORTLAND 17: Kate Boyer scored six goals to lead Bonny Eagle (6-6), which got the winner with a minute left to edge South Portland (10-2) at Standish.

Sam Campobasso and Carissa Farwell each added three goals, and Haley Thorne and Rachel Litif had two each for Bonny Eagle. Nikki LaPlante and Becca Roberts scored five goals apiece for the Red Riots.

YORK 16, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 4: Katie Keenan had five goals and two assists, and Macki Hill added four goals and three assists as the Wildcats (5-7) handled the Raiders (0-12) at York.

Tori Stocks, Courtney Cole and Shelby Spencer each had two goals for York.

CAPE ELIZABETH 9, GREELY 7: Paris Bethel scored two of her three goals in the final 10:27, breaking a 7-7 tie and lifting the Capers (9-3) over Greely (6-6) at Cape Elizabeth.

Bethel took the ball down the right side and beat two defenders while cutting across the middle to score the tie-breaking goal on a low shot to the near post. She added the final goal with 8:20 left.

MOUNTAIN VALLEY 16, CAMDEN HILLS 15: Ayla Allen, Emily Gallant and Zayra Simard scored in the final two minutes to cap Mountain Valley’s comeback from a 14-7 deficit at Rockport.

Allen finished with 11 goals and Simard scored three. Mia Maddox paced the Windjammers with four goals and two assists.

GARDINER 18, LINCOLN ACADEMY 12: Brooke Davis and Jenn Day each scored six goals to lead the Tigers past the Eagles at Newcastle.

Katrina Belle had five goals and Celia Howard added three for Lincoln.
