WELLS — Seaglass Village Cottages, a 65-acre resort community in Wells, is now selling year-round cottages.
The company has been selling so-called “three-season” cottages since 2009. The new “four-season” units will be accessible to owners year round, but are classified as vacation homes under local zoning codes, according to a press release.
The cottages, which have two bedrooms, are priced at $189,900. Owners must also pay a monthly condominium fee of $210, which covers maintenance, seasonal access to pools and the fitness center, and other amenities.
