6/11 at 5:33 p.m. Gustave H. Papkee, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on School Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a warrant. 

6/12 at 7 p.m. Matthew John White, 22, of Westbrook, was arrested on Main Street by Officer David Stailing on a charge of operating under the influence. 

6/12 at 8:36 p.m. Jesse Cummings, 36, of South Portland, was arrested on Mitchell Road by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of assault.

6/16 at 8:24 p.m. Officers Chris Schofield and Rocco Navarro reportedly saw a young woman lying on a Westbrook Street sidewalk with a man standing over her. When the officers approached the couple, the girl reportedly ran away and was later found nearby. Police allegedly found out the two had attended a party at a Westbrook Street residence. While she was in custody, the 16-year-old girl allegedly grabbed at and spit on one of the officers. Andrew Benjamin, 19, of Portland, was summonsed for possession of alcohol by minor. The girl, a South Portland resident, was summonsed for possession of alcohol by minor and assault on an officer.
