Arrests

7/13 at 1:59 a.m. Stewart Richardson, 24, of Mill Ridge Road, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Antonio Ridge.

7/14 at 11:33 a.m. Christoper Millard, 42, of Newell Ridge Road, was arrested by Officer Kirk Mazuzan on Winn Road on charges of operating after suspension and violation of conditions of release.

Summonses

7/9 at 2 p.m. Paul Day Jr., 63, of Windham, was issued a summons by Officer Kirk Mazuzan on Gray Road on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days.

7/11 at 12:17 a.m. Davis Finch, 20, Sligo Road, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Karole Lane on charges of illegal transportation of drugs by a minor and illegal transportation of liquor by a minor.

7/11 at 12:17 a.m. Conner Olsen, 18, of Marion Way, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Karole Lane on a charge of possession of liquor by consumption.

7/11 at 12:17 a.m. Hayley Chaimowitz, 19, of Milliken Road, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on Karole Lane on a charge of possession of liquor by consumption.

Burglary, shots investigation

7/16 at 4 a.m. Police are investigating motor vehicle burglaries that occurred early in the morning. Officer Mark Austin responded to a report of shots fired on Oak Ridge Road, where a resident reportedly used a gun to try to stop a person who had illegally entered his vehicle. The burglar reportedly escaped in a mid-sized white or silver pickup truck operated by another person. The resident reportedly warned the occupants of the vehicle to stop, and that he had a firearm. The resident said the vehicle was driven toward him and that he felt endangered and fired shots at the vehicle, striking it in several locations as it fled the scene, according to Police Chief Joe Charron. Police are investigating the case and the actions by the resident, as well as trying to find the burglary suspects. Besides Oak Ridge Drive, vehicle entries were reported on Val Halla Road, Country Charm Road, Hedgerow Drive and Candlewick Lane.
