No smashing glass

On July 13, police went to Cumberland Farms on Main Street to check a report of someone smashing a glass bottle in the parking lot there. The bottle, police found, had already been there, and a car had accidentally run it over.

False alarm

On July 14, police went to Mechanic Street after getting a report of a stolen car. The car was not stolen, police found. The owner had just parked it in a different place and forgotten.

Cops seek drug dealers

On July 14, police went to the CVS parking lot on Main Street after getting a report of someone doing a drug deal in a car there. The car was gone when police arrived.

David Lee Garrett, 30, of 7 Lincoln St., Apt. D, Westbrook, on a warrant on Lincoln Street.

Daniel Casale II, 50, of 145 Waterville St., Apt. 2, Portland, on a warrant on Cumberland Street.

Erik S. Egan, 21, of 135 Myrtle St., Westbrook, on a warrant at Premier Rental Purchase on Main Street.

July 12

Corey J. Toderico, 34, of 64 Spring St., Apt. 2, Westbrook, charged with violating conditions of release on Stroudwater Street. Also arrested was Bonnie A. Sargent, 45, of 252 Veranda St., Portland, on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Julian T. Palange, 29, of 528 Pond Road, Wales, charged with driving under the influence, violating conditions of release, and two counts of unlawful possession of drugs, at the corner of William Clarke and Hannaford drives.

Tegan I. Trimmer, 26, of 36 Cumberland St., Apt. F, Westbrook, charged with domestic violence assault on Cumberland Street.

Peter B. Murphy, 29, of 124 Lane Ave., Portland, charged with unlawful possession of oxycodone on Methodist Road.

July 13

Jay A. Snow, 38, of 144 Watkins Shores Road, Casco, charged with driving without a license on Cumberland Street.

Michael S. Towne, 35, of 529 Main St., Apt. 7, Westbrook, charged with disorderly conduct (fighting) at Premier Rental Purchase on Main Street.

Marcus Anthony Stewart, 21, of 30 Mellon St., Portland, charged with resisting arrest, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, on Rochester Street. Also arrested was Katrina A. Buchholz, 19, of 364 Greely Road Extension, Cumberland, on charges of violating conditions of release, driving with a suspended or revoked license, possession of marijuana, and transportation of liquor by a minor; and Richard Foster, 41, of 10 Butler Court, Westbrook, charged with possession of a suspended, fictitious or mutilated license, and a probation violation.
