BATH — Following a hearing Wednesday morning, Sagadahoc County Superior Court Justice Andrew Horton is expected to issue a written decision on a lawsuit challenging the third phase of the Wing Farm business park.
The Planning Board originally approved the project in April 2010, but the suit filed by Robert and Wendy Johansen of Centre Street the following month convinced Horton to send the project back to the board.
The dispute before the court Wednesday involved waivers the Planning Board granted concerning grading, width and centerline radius of part of King’s Highway.
