SCARBOROUGH – Haley Carignan scored four goals and Andrea Tolman added two Wednesday to lead Scarborough to an 8-0 victory against Marshwood in a Southern Maine Activities Association schoolgirl soccer game.

Kim Lancaster and Kaitlin Reynolds also scored, and Katie Mader made two saves for the shutout for the Red Storm (1-0).

Tatum Schladenhauffen made 14 saves for Marshwood (0-2). 

LISBON 6, BOOTHBAY REGION 0: Brooke Lawrence had three goals and an assist to lead the Greyhounds (1-0-1) past the Seahawks (0-2) at Lisbon Falls.

Kayla Angelico added a goal and two assists, and Haley Ek and Paige Galligan also scored.

Mikayla McFetridge finished with 18 saves for Boothbay.

NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 3, FREEPORT 0: Kathryn Millett had two goals and an assist as the Panthers (2-1) shut out the Falcons (2-1) at Yarmouth.

Katie Cawley also scored and Elizabeth Coughlin made three saves for NYA. 

CAPE ELIZABETH 8, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Hailey Petsinger scored four goals to lead the Capers (1-0-1) past the Patriots (0-2) at Gray.

Hannah Newhall, Sammi Altznauer, Jane Coffrin and Caroline Garfield also scored.

 YORK 4, WELLS 0: Taylor Simpson scored twice for the Wildcats (2-0) against the Warriors (0-2) at York.

VOLLEYBALL

GREELY 3, GORHAM 1: Lexi Merrifield had seven kills as the Rams (0-1) fell to the Rangers (2-0) at Gorham.
