FALMOUTH — A formal request for propsals for the former school properties on Lunt Road was issued last week by commercial real estate broker CBRE The Boulos Co., which is marketing the properties for the town.
The properties include the former Plummer-Motz and Lunt schools. The RFP asks for proposals for the sale, lease or redevelopment of the 20 acres. The deadline for proposals is Nov. 29.
A pre-bid meeting and property tour will be held Sept. 28 at 1 p.m. at the Mason Gym in the Plummer-Motz building. CBRE brokers Craig Young and Joe Porter are managing the RFP process.
