9/17 at 2:24 a.m. Mark A. Filmore, 57, of Freeport, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Shane Stephenson on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and operating under the influence.

9/17 at 10:05 a.m. Catharine N. Frankel-Droge, 23, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating after suspension.

9/17 at 12:49 p.m. Lynne M. Mulkern, 43, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Theodore Sargent on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

9/17 at 7:01 p.m. Philip Galipeau, 67, of South Portland, was arrested on Anthoine Street by Officer Rocco Navarro on a warrant.

9/18 at 12:22 a.m. Robert W. Pinkham, 38, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/18 at 6:18 a.m. Ian P. Nono, 18, of South Portland, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Andrew Nelson on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and criminal trespass.

9/17 at 12:18 a.m. A 17-year-old Saco girl was issued a summons on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9/18 at 2:02 a.m. Lara A. Maloney, 40, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Evans Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/19 at 11:32 a.m. Elizabeth Bowden, 25, of Windham, and Jamie Jean, 27, of Sanford, were issued summonses on Main Mall Road by Officer Jeffrey Caldwell on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9/23 at 2:51 p.m. A 17-year-old Casco girl was issued a summons on Maine Mall Road by Officer Jake Hall on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

No love, no marriage, just theft with a baby carriage

9/19 at 11:32 a.m. Officers responded to a call from a Maine Mall store about a report of shoplifting. Store security reported seeing two women — Elizabeth Bowden, 25, of Windham, and Jamie Jean, 27, of Sanford — concealing clothing underneath a baby stroller. Officers issued the two women summonses on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police estimate the value of the allegedly stolen apparel at $481. It was unclear from police reports whether there was a baby in the stroller.
