OLD ORCHARD BEACH – Alexandra Locke and Chelsey Burnell scored two goals each Monday to lead Sacopee Valley to a 5-0 victory against Old Orchard Beach in a Western Maine Conference field hockey game.

Maya Richmond of Sacopee (8-2-1) broke a scoreless tie after 26:04. Locke made it 2-0 with one second left before halftime.

Ashley Pingree had seven saves for the shutout.

Colleen Dyer made six stops for Old Orchard (2-9).

MOUNTAIN VALLEY 7, BOOTHBAY REGION 1: Sam Glover scored twice in a six-goal second half as the Falcons (6-2) pulled away from the Seahawks (4-6) at Boothbay Harbor.

Glover finished with three goals and Becca Maifeld had two for Mountain Valley.

FALMOUTH 6, WELLS 0: Jillian Rothweiler scored twice for the Yachtsmen (6-4-1), who took a 4-0 halftime lead against the Warriors (2-7) at Falmouth.

Mikey Richards, Leika Scott, Elle Fitzgerald and Megan Fortier also scored.

Randy Albano made 16 saves for Wells.

YORK 1, CAPE ELIZABETH 0: Taylor Simpson scored after 12 minutes and the Wildcats (10-1) held off the Capers (2-8-1) at Cape Elizabeth.

Amanda Kasbohm made four saves for the shutout.

Julianne Ayers had eight saves for Cape Elizabeth.

PORTLAND 3, NOBLE 0: Raechel Allen scored twice as the Bulldogs (7-4-1) shut out the Knights (1-9-1) at Portland.

Leanne Reichert also scored for Portland, which did all of the scoring in the first half.

Rachel Waterhouse made three saves to earn the shutout.

Nikita Naumowitz and Bryanna Hoffman had three saves each for Noble.

MT. ARARAT 4, BANGOR 0: Caitlin LaFountain scored three goals to lead the Eagles (2-5-4) over the Rams (1-10) at Topsham.

RICHMOND 6, A.R. GOULD 1: The Bobcats (7-2-1) received goals from six players and cruised past the Bears (4-5) at South Portland.

Nate Tribbett, Brian Snedeker, Brett Stillwell, Pete Lorbeski, Tyler Myers and Evan Esancy scored for Richmond, which built a 5-1 halftime lead.

Moses Losuk answered for A.R. Gould.

Tyler Harrington made 14 saves for the Bobcats.

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 9, WELLS 3: Stefan Sjevako scored four goals and Milos Mejokov added three for the Raiders (6-5), who opened a 6-1 halftime lead and beat the Warriors (0-8) at Wells.

Tyler Saunders and Sonam Sherpa also scored for Fryeburg.

GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 3, CHOP POINT 0: Ryan Waugh had a goal and an assist as the Lions (6-4) shut out the Blue Bears (4-5) at Old Orchard Beach.

Ghan Peterson and Eric Pearson also scored.

Tophe Woodward made five saves for his second straight shutout.

FALMOUTH 4, FREEPORT 0: J.P. White scored three goals in the second half as the Yachtsmen (6-1-1) pulled away from the Falcons (5-4-1) at Freeport.

White also assisted Grant Murfeind for the only goal of the first half.

SCARBOROUGH 6, NOBLE 0: Trevor Sparta had two goals and two assists, and Andrew Jones scored twice as the Red Storm (7-1-2) cruised past the Knights (3-7) at Scarborough.

CAPE ELIZABETH 2, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Melanie Vangel had a goal and an assist as the Capers (8-0-2) edged the Patriots (4-5-1) at Gray.

Kathryn Clark scored Cape Elizabeth’s first goal after 22:17.

Ali Johnson recorded six saves for the shutout.

Sammie Wilkins had 15 saves for Gray-New Gloucester.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 6, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Abby Dubois had two goals and two assists, and Anna Foss added a goal and two assists as the Seagulls (6-4) downed the Panthers (1-9) at Old Orchard Beach.

KENNEBUNK 3, MCAULEY 1: Aley Leonardi scored three goals to pace the Rams (4-4) over the Lions (1-7-1) at Kennebunk.

Ayla Tartre scored and Molly Miller finished with 10 saves for McAuley.

CHEVERUS 2, SANFORD 2: Abbi White scored on a direct kick late in the game as the Redskins (7-2-1) tied the Stags (7-0-2) at Sanford.

White finished with a goal and an assist. Katelyn Fink also scored.
