9/28 at 9:40 a.m. Gabriel R. McKusick, 33, of Warren Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Eric Lippincott on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license and on a warrant.

10/1 at 2:40 p.m. Edgar G. Ac Chiquin, 31, of Route 1, was arrested on Expedition Drive by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of violating bail conditions of release.

10/1 at 6:05 p.m. Marc N. Croteau, 46, of Glenwood Street, Saco, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of failure to provide correct name, address or birthday; violating bail conditions of release; and on three warrants.

10/2 at 10:25 p.m. Erin N. Crommie, 35, of First Street, was arrested on First Street by Officer Glenn Tucker on a warrant.

9/26 at 4:21 p.m. Brittnee A. Greenway, 20, of Birch Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9/28 at 7:50 a.m. Darrell A. Davis, 56, of Nonesuch Cove Road, was issued a summons on Nonesuch Cove Road by Animal Control Officer Christopher Creps on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large.

9/28 at 9:05 a.m. A 15-year-old Scarborough boy was issued a summons on Municipal Drive by Officer Francis Plourde on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

9/28 at 12:51 p.m. Stephen W. Clarke, 26, of Chickadee Lane, Sebago, was issued a summons on Bridges Drive by Harbormaster David Corbeau on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and failure to register vehicle.

9/28 at 10:54 p.m. Daniel L. Price, 21, of Primrose Lane, Gorham, was issued a summons on Beech Ridge Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

9/30 at 10:27 p.m. Andy J. Harmon, 36, of Skip Road, Buxton, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Apparent thief

9/26 at 4:21 p.m. An employee at Walmart on Gallery Boulevard reported a case of shoplifting, reportedly telling police that a woman was caught concealing “general merchandise” beneath a cushion in her baby’s cradle. The woman was identified as Brittnee Ann Greenway, 20, of Biddeford, and was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Last week, another woman was charged with theft after allegedly hiding stolen goods in a baby carriage in South Portland. Scarborough police said that people using their children to facilitate theft is not entirely uncommon.
