• Wendy West, Meghan Quinn and Hannah Mihill were hired by the Compass Project.

• Andrew Robitaille joined Winxnet in Portland as a customer sales representative. Robitaille recently worked as a tax specialist for Unum.

• Matt Jacobson was named executive vice president of corporate development at Resilient Tier-V Corp. in Brunswick. Jacobson is the former president and CEO of Maine & Company, a nonprofit corporation that provides confidential services to companies locating to or expanding in Maine.

• Mike Abbatiello was hired as chief financial officer of Maine Mental Health Partners in South Portland. Abbatiello was formerly chief operating officer of Counseling Services Inc. in Saco.

• Gina Weathersby was appointed executive director of The Institute for Family-Owned Business in Brunswick. Weathersby, of Damariscotta, has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including health care management, community education and marketing.

• Susan Egerton Griggs was hired at Evergreen Home Performance as a marketing manager. She has worked as an art director, creative director, advertising executive and chief executive officer.

PROMOTIONS

• Kathleen Meil was promoted to the position of public relations manager at Evergreen Home Performance. Meil, a writer with a background in education and community development, has been working with Evergreen on a part-time basis since March.

• Greg Bowers was promoted to executive vice president and treasurer of Maine Mental Health Partners in South Portland. Bowers was formerly chief financial officer.
