10/9 at 12:30 a.m. Karen L. Mangino, 53, of Country Charm Road, Cumberland, was arrested on Woodlands Drive by Officer Lucas Hallett on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/14 at 9:56 p.m. James A. Belliveau, 42, of Brookside Drive, was arrested on Brookside Drive by Officer Kerry Warner on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal threatening.

Summonses

10/9 at 1:34 a.m. Patrick Joseph Lakin, 23, of North Raymond Road, Gray, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Stephen Hamilton on charges of false public alarm or report and unsworn falsification.

10/9 at 7 p.m. Shannon K. Auritt, 33, of Twin Meadows Lane, was issued a summons on Twin Meadows Lane by Officer Kerry Warner on a charge of false public alarm or report.

10/10 at 1:40 a.m. A 17-year-old girl, of Gray, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Lucas Hallett on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Right street for it

10/7 at 12:40 p.m. A caller on Hurricane Road reported a screen had been pulled out of one of her windows. Police investigated, but determined it was caused by a particularly strong wind.

No lie ability

10/9 at 1:34 a.m. A Lil’Mart employee allegedly called police to report that while he was emptying the store’s trash, a large black man approached him from behind, pushed a gun to his temple and took the cash from his wallet. After, the employee, Patrick Joseph Lakin, 23, of Gray, reported the thief took off in a car. Dispatch sent four units out and called in the state police. Meanwhile, police investigated the scene and reportedly found evidence that did not match Lakin’s story. When questioned, Lakin allegedly admitted he made the story up because he was in some personal financial difficulties and needed a way to explain his losses. Lakin was issued a summons on charges of false public alarm or report and unsworn falsification.

Mother of the year

10/10 at 7:32 a.m. An employee at the Irving Station on Gray Road called police to report that a woman in a white minivan had parked at one of the pumps and then fallen asleep in her car. The caller reported there were three children in the car. When officers arrived, the woman allegedly told them she had used methadone before driving to the gas station. Police helped her arrange for her father-in-law to come pick her and her children up.
