Eva L. Burgess, 81, a long-retired teacher, passed on peacefully at her Summer Street home in the company of close family and friends, on the evening of Sept. 28, 2011. A celebration of Eve’s life will be held at a later date. A private interment will be held at Hope Cemetery in Kennebunk. Joan M. Kelley, 75, of Acton, died on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011 at the Goodall Hospital in Sanford. Bruce A. St. Ours, 51, a lifetime resident of Biddeford, passed away at Southern Maine Medical Center on Oct. 30, 2011 after an extended illness. Visiting hours will be on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 10-11 a.m. at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm St., Biddeford, ME 04005, followed by a memorial service at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Bruce and his father will be buried together in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Biddeford, immediately after the service.
