BRUNSWICK — Martin’s Point Health Care on Farley Road hosts a free diabetes education and support group from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the last Wednesday of every month.

Led by a diabetes educator, the programs offer information on nutrition, diabetes numbers, blood sugar patterns, assistance with lifestyle changes and emotional support.
