Lagasse, daughter of Mark and Wendie Lagasse of Glenburn, is a 2006 graduate of John Bapst Memorial High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Maine in Orono, with a B.S. degree in finance. She is currently employed with cPort Credit Union in Portland.
Smith, son of Cathi and John Forker of Hampden, and David and Janet Smith of Gray, is a 2006 graduate of Brunswick High School, a 2010 graduate of the University of Maine in Orono, with a B. S. degree in finance and accounting, and is slated to obtain an MBA from the University of Southern Maine in May 2012. He is currently employed with Bath Iron Works.
Their wedding is planned for July 20, 2012, in Scarborough.
