The Falmouth High sailing team competed last month in the Atlantic Coast Championship at Tall Timbers, Md. The Yachtsmen placed seventh overall out of 17 teams. Charlie Lalumiere and Hailey McMahon finished second in the A Division, and Myles Everett, Riley Engelberger, Emma Mooradian and Kayla Adelman placed 10th in the B division.

The Southern Maine Breakers Pee Wee hockey team won the Cornucopia Cup Tournament on Thanksgiving weekend at the Ice Center in Salem, N.H. The Breakers went 3-1-1, including a 7-4 win over Triboro of Massachusetts in the championship game. Kat Pate of Saco was chosen to the New England Prep School Athletic Conference Class A New England all-tournament team while helping the Westminster School of Simsbury, Conn., to a third-place finish in the Class A field hockey tournament.

Pate, a sophomore goalie, made 24 saves in a 2-1 loss against Greenwich Academy in the semifinals. Westminster finished 12-4.
