BRUNSWICK — Merrymeeting Adult Education will offer a class titled “Creating What You Want in 2012,” beginning Jan. 26 at Brunswick High School, 116 Maquoit Road.

Sessions will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursdays.

“Let 2012 be your year to manifest what really matters to you,” a Merrymeeting Adult Education release states. “Learn how to create it.”

Instructor Rebekah Younger will present the basic principles of creating as expressed by author Robert Fritz in his book, “The Path of Least Resistance: Learning to Become the Creative Force in Your Own Life.”

“ In this book, first published in the 1980s, Fritz shows how the creative orientation can be applied to bringing any creation into being, whether it is a business, relationship, meal, garden or life,” the release states. “By first clarifying what you want and the reality relative to that desire, a structural tension is formed that seeks resolution. When both the vision and reality are clearly delineated, the path to resolution follows the path of least resistance, leading to the creation.”

The course fee is $61, which includes the cost of a textbook. Advance registration is required. Register online at merrymeeting.maineadulted.org.
