2/28 at 11:07 a.m. Joseph L. Bennett, 40, of Gorham Road, was arrested on Saco Street by Officer Donald Laflin on charges of violating bail conditions of release and failure to register a motor vehicle for more than 150 days.

2/28 at 4:05 p.m. Todd A. Hutchins, 47, of Cushing Road, Warren, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating a protective order and violating conditions of release.

2/29 at 12:59 a.m. Stephen M. Tracy, 32, of Gorham Road, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a warrant. 

3/2 at 6:51 a.m. Frank K. Beckwith, 50, of Andrew Avenue, Gray, was arrested on Ballantyne Drive by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, violating bail conditions of release and on a warrant.

3/2 at 6:02 p.m. Brian N. Berube, 18, of Freedom Road, was arrested on Beech Ridge Road by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of criminal speeding, driving to endanger and failure to stop for an officer. 

3/4 at 3:47 a.m. Alexander Morales, 18, of Robinson Road, was arrested on Robinson Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of violating bail conditions of release and transportation of liquor by a minor.

2/27 at 11:12 a.m. Michael Phillips, 60, of Oakwood Drive, Hollis, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of possession of marijuana.

2/29 at 9:50 a.m. Joshua A. Styles, 41, of Granite Street, Bath, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of possession of marijuana.

2/29 at 1:10 p.m. Khin M. Aye, 44, of Maple Avenue, Ithaca, N.Y., was issued a summons on Pin Oak Drive by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

3/1 at 1:06 p.m. Daniel J. Bergeron, 36, of Clarendon Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

3/2 at 11:48 a.m. Mikaela E. Marshall-Holmes, 21, of Valley View Lane, Bangor, was issued a summons on Mussey Road by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

3/4 at 12:20 p.m. Teresa A. Soucie, 50, of Gorham Road, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of failure to register vehicle for more than 150 days.

Potty humor

2/29 at 9:58 a.m. An employee of Cumberland Farms on Payne Road called to report that a  man had written “HAHA” in feces on walls and mirror of the men’s bathroom. The store claims to have the scrawler on video, but no suspect has been identified.

Duke of Hazard

3/2 at 6:02 p.m. An officer clocked a black ’05 GMC Denali pickup truck at 76 mph in a 40 mph zone on Beech Ridge Road. The officer turned on his lights and tried to pull the truck over, but the driver veered down a side street to elude the cruiser. The police spotted the truck parked at a home on West Beech Ridge Road and found the alleged driver, Brian N. Berube, 19, of Freedom Road, in the woods with two other boys. Berube was arrested on charges of criminal speeding, driving to endanger and failing to stop for an officer.
