3/17 at 1:27 a.m. Bradley A. Baijerly, 39, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/17 at 8:43 p.m. Cassie Irish, 33, of Portland, and Rene M. Thuotte, 41, of Portland, were arrested on Main Street by Officer David Stailing on charges of criminal trespass.

3/19 at 3:29 a.m. Jamie L. Brichetto, 26, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Shane Stephenson on a charge of criminal trespass.

3/18 at 3:52 a.m. Katie L. Tryon, 29, of South Portland, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Chris Gosling on charge of operating under the influence.

3/18 at 4:48 a.m. Peter J. Hanson, 53, of South Portland, was arrested on West Commercial Street by Officer Chris Gosling on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/18 at 7:04 a.m. James T. Fournier, 19, of South Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Robert Libby on charges of aggravated criminal mischief, burglary to a motor vehicle and five charges of criminal mischief.

3/19 at 12:45 p.m. Mason B. Garnett, 24, of Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons on Breakwater Drive by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of suspended registration.

3/20 at 9:24 a.m. A 16-year-old South Portland girl was issued a summons on Highland Avenue by Officer James Fahey on a charge of criminal mischief.

Relentless guests

3/17 at 8:43 p.m. Two visitors to a hotel on Main Street were told to leave by police after they had worn out their welcome with a customer at the hotel. Someone called a cab for the personas non gratas, but they didn’t get in. Instead, they stopped by a nearby Dunkin Donuts and attempted to return to the hotel. When the two visitors – Cassie Irish, 33, of Portland, and Rene M. Thuotte, 41, of Portland – arrived, they were arrested on charges of criminal trespass.

So a dog walks into a pet store …

3/20 at 11:59 a.m. A stray rottweiler mix wandered alone into a pet store in Mill Creek. Employees took the dog in and called police, who brought the dog to the Animal Refuge League in Westbrook.

The noisy streets of Knightville

3/23 at 12:38 a.m. A resident of B Street called police to complain she couldn’t sleep because a man was running a leaf blower outside in the middle of the night. Police responded and found a Public Works employee running a city street sweeper.
