NASHUA, N.H. — A 19-year-old New Hampshire man is going to prison for four to 10 years in connection with a mistaken-identity attack and stabbing.

Nicholas Voight of Merrimack was sentenced Friday in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

The Nashua Telegraph reported that Voight was convicted in February of conspiracy to commit first degree assault and other charges.

Voight is the fifth person to be sentenced in the case.

He drove four teenagers and young men in January 2011 to a Nashua apartment house, where the other four beat and stabbed a man as he left his apartment and then struck him with a car.

Prosecutors said the attackers went to the wrong apartment and assaulted the wrong man.
