Painter and printmaker Liz Prescott of Freeport shows a new series of small acrylic paintings on panel that incorporate bird imagery and topographical elements.
The exhibition opens Thursday and continues through May 29 at Flat Iron Gallery, 594 Congress St., Portland.

Prescott will host a reception during the First Friday Art Walk. She is a graduate of Maine College of Art and Vermont College, and a member of Peregrine Press.
