Savage Oakes Vineyard and Winery is joining forces again with Sweetgrass Farm Winery and Distillery for their annual Mother’s Day Wine and Chocolate Extravaganza.
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, moms can sample Maine wines paired with chocolates from Safe Harbor Confections in Waldoboro and Dean’s Sweets in Portland.
Savage Oakes’ award-winning wines, Georges River White, Barn Red and Nor’easter Port, will be paired with chocolates from Safe Harbor Confections. Sweetgrass will pair its wines with Dean’s Sweets flavored truffles and salt caramels.
