Albert Herman Ashley, 86, of New County Road in Saco, passed away May 7 at the Southridge Living Center after a lengthy illness. A private graveside service will be held at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco at the family’s convenience. Dr. Burton Howe will officiate. Dennett, Craig & Pate, 365 Main St., Saco, are in charge of the arrangements. Gary E. Carmichael Jr., 47, passed away at the Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, Fla. on Friday, May 4, 2012, of a massive heart attack.
