WATERBORO — Julia Geaumont pitched a perfect game as Thornton Academy beat Massabesic 3-0 in an SMAA softball game Friday.

Geaumont finished with eight strikeouts.

Erin Bradeen supplied RBI singles in the second and fourth innings for the Trojans (7-2). They were the only hits allowed by Danielle Egan of Massabesic (5-4).

FREEPORT 4, POLAND 2: Leigh Wyman threw her second no-hitter of the week as the Falcons (4-4) beat Poland (5-4) at Freeport.

Wyman struck out six and walked two.

Danielle Perry went 3 for 3 for the Falcons.

SANFORD 3, NOBLE 1: Samantha Adams pitched a three-hitter with 13 strikeouts and Sanford (5-5) scored three runs in the third inning against the visiting Knights (8-2).

Amanda Tierney hit a two-run homer and Kellie Tovey added an RBI triple for Sanford.

Deven Goss scored on a double steal in the second inning for Noble.

BONNY EAGLE 5, MCAULEY 1: Allie Pike struck out 10, walked one and scattered six hits to lead the Scots (3-5) past the Lions (4-5) at Portland.

The Scots scored four runs in the top of the seventh. Caitlyn Dyer singled and scored the go-ahead run on a passed ball.

McAuley pitcher Taylor Whaley struck out 12, allowed six hits and walked one.

BIDDEFORD 5, WINDHAM 2: Heather Fecteau hit an RBI double and two singles to lift the Tigers (5-5) past the Eagles (2-6) at Windham.

Alex Quigley helped with three singles, two RBI and a run scored. Abbie Paquette pitched a five-hitter with four strikeouts.

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 9, CAPE ELIZABETH 2: No. 9 hitter Maddy Smith belted a pair of two-run homers to lead the Raiders (7-1) over the Capers (4-3) at Cape Elizabeth.

Sarah Harriman pitched a three-hitter, striking out seven and walking four.

FALMOUTH 6, WELLS 3: The Yachtsmen (3-4) took advantage of an error and three passed balls to overcome a 3-0 deficit with four runs in the fourth inning against the Warriors (2-7) at Falmouth.

Allie Carver had an RBI double for Falmouth.

Sophie Lamb hit a two-run triple for Wells.

LAKE REGION 11, YORK 1: Allison Clark and Kate Cutting combined on a two-hitter as the Lakers (5-4) downed the Wildcats (1-8) at Naples.

Clark allowed no hits through four innings.

Abby Craffey hit a three-run homer and a triple, Kristina Morton also homered, and Cutting had a triple and two singles.

SOUTH PORTLAND 9, MARSHWOOD 1: Danica Gleason tripled and drove in three runs to help South Portland (7-2) defeat Marshwood (3-5) at South Berwick.

Olivia Indorf drove in two runs with a double and a home run. Erin Bogdanovich struck out seven and walked one while pitching a one-hitter.

KENNEBUNK 10, GORHAM 1: Carinn Burns pitched a three-hitter and hit a two-run homer as Kennebunk (7-1) scored eight runs in the second inning against Gorham (3-4) at home.

Meg Cadigan had three hits for Kennebunk.

Erin Smith hit two singles for Gorham.

CHEVERUS 13, PORTLAND 1: Mollie Thibodeau hit a two-run triple, Staci Swallow had a two-run double and Kelsey Dulac belted an RBI triple as the Stags (3-6) scored 10 runs in the third inning against the Bulldogs (1-7) at Portland.

Brittany Bell and Katie Roy finished with three hits apiece in a game stopped in the bottom of the fifth inning because of the mercy rule.

Tara O’Neal led Portland with two singles.

SCARBOROUGH 18, DEERING 1: Dominique Burnham pitched struck out seven batters through four innings and had two RBI and three runs scored to help Scarborough (8-0) beat host Deering (0-9).

Burnham allowed just one hit and had no walks.

Alyssa Williamson contributed three RBI and two runs scored.

GREELY 12, YARMOUTH 0: Elyse Dinan knocked in three runs with three hits, and Danielle Cimino allowed only three hits with seven strikeouts and no walks to lead the Rangers (7-1) past the Clippers (2-5) in five innings at Cumberland.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 22, TRAIP ACADEMY 0: Abigail Ordway had two hits and four RBI as the Patriots (7-1) handled the Rangers (0-8) in five innings at Gray.

Zoe Adams finished two hits with three RBI, and Maria Valente drove in two runs. Alex Thompson and Breanna Bozzuto also had two hits.

Steph Greaton struck out 11 before being relieved by Valente to start the fifth.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 10, OAK HILL 3: Heidi Obuchon knocked in three runs for the Panthers (8-1) in a win over Oak Hill at Wales.

Amanda Hendrickson and Dani Hunt added two RBI apiece.

RICHMOND 3, SACOPEE VALLEY 0: Leandra Martin pitched a five-hitter and Lindsy Hoopingarner had three hits as the Bobcats (6-0) defeated the Hawks (5-3) at South Hiram.

Richmond scored in the first inning on a fielder’s choice by Ciarra Lancaster.

In the fifth, Hoopingarner and Lancaster hit consecutive doubles and Alyssa Pearson followed with an RBI single.

Second baseman Morgan Sanborn made a diving catch along the right-field line and Chelsey Burnell turned an unassisted double play for Sacopee.

LACROSSE

BONNY EAGLE 11, SANFORD 3: Samantha Campobasso had four goals and an assist, and Alicia Hoyt stopped 20 shots as the Scots (3-4) downed Sanford (1-6) at Standish.

Caroline L’Heureux, Janelle Cannon and Lauren Sawyer scored for Sanford.

GREELY 13, WINDHAM 5: Julia Mitiguy and Paige Tuller each scored three goals for Greely (2-5) in a win over Windham (1-4) at Cumberland.

Meaghan Labbe added two goals and an assist for the Rangers. Christina Pollard had a pair of goals for Windham.

MT. ARARAT 9, MESSALONSKEE 6: Haley Michaud scored three goals to lead Mt. Ararat (4-2) over Messalonskee (2-3) at Topsham.

Carly Raymond and Rowley Jones added two goals apiece for Mt. Ararat. Sarah Grenier had three goals for Messalonskee.

YORK 8, WELLS 6: Taylor Simpson, Shelby Spencer, Alexa Bando and Lizzy Wagner each scored twice as the Wildcats (3-3) edged the Warriors (4-3) at Wells.

Kelly Beisswanger, Nicki Moody and Amanda Deshaies had two goals apiece for Wells.

GARDINER 11, MORSE 10: Brooke Davis and Ally Day combined for seven goals as the Tigers (1-6) edged the Shipbuilders (1-4) at Bath.

Tori Field had five goals for Morse.
