HAMPDEN — A motorcyclist has died in a crash with a tractor trailer truck in Hampden, Maine.
Police say the motorcycle collided with the truck at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Hampden police Sgt. Chris Bailey told the Bangor Daily News that it appears the motorcycle driver may have crossed the center line and hit the truck. The operator of the motorcycle, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck driver was not injured.
