NEW FACES

Jason Jendrasko joined Benchmark as a project manager. He has six years of construction experience.

Justin Gammon also joined Benchmark as a superintendent. He has extensive experience in site work and heavy construction. 

Shawn Leger was named vice president and branch manager of KeyBank’s Millcreek branch. Leger was vice president for Bank of America. He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. 

Lynette Lewis joined Kennebunk Savings as vice president, lending quality control manager. Lewis has an extensive background in loan servicing. Most recently, Lewis held the position of chief lending officer for a credit union. 

Anna Katherine Kelley was named a Panorama Fellow at the Saco Museum. Kelley is responsible for the presentation and interpretation of the Moving Panorama of Pilgrim’s Progress in its off-site exhibition location at the Pepperell Mill Campus in downtown Biddeford.

Jeff Heseltine and Suzanne Benoit joined Wright-Ryan Construction. Heseltine, formerly of J.D. Heseltine Construction, was hired as general manager of field operations. Benoit was hired as director of human resources. She is the diversity vice president and a board member of the Human Resource Association of Southern Maine.

PROMOTIONS

Kevin Griffeth was promoted to operations manager and safety director at Wright-Ryan Construction, Inc. Griffeth joined Wright-Ryan in 1992 and had previously served as field operations manager. 

Andi Jackson-Darling, president of the Maine Library Association and assistant director of the Falmouth Memorial Library, was named library director. She was previously the director of the Camden Library. 

BOARD APPOINTMENTS

Michael A. Fagone, shareholder and co-chair of Bernstein Shur’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group, was recently appointed to the American Bankruptcy Institute’s board of directors. Fagone has been a member of ABI since 1998 and is a frequent lecturer at its events, an author in ABI publications, and former co-chair of ABI’s Northeast Regional Conference.

Linda McGill, a member of Bernstein Shur’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and the Municipal and Regulatory Practice Group, was appointed to the Maine Board of Bar Examiners. Appointment to the board is determined by the Maine Supreme Court with confirmation by the governor. McGill of Freeport is recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA in the labor and employment law field. She is also AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS

Dick Marsh, a member of the sales team at MetLife Auto & Home, recently earned the designation of “leader” and was recognized for outstanding sales achievement. Marsh of Falmouth has been serving the community for over 20 years.

Advantage Home Care was recognized with a “Best of Home Care” award from Home Care Pulse. It was recognized for consistently scoring in the top 25 percent in client and employee satisfaction surveys.

GENERAL

Royal River Natural Foods joined Maine Businesses for Sustainability as a Benchmark Basic member. As a benchmark member, the company will utilize a tool developed by MBS and Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences that lets users learn more about sustainable business practices.
