PORTLAND — An 18-year-old Portland teenager has been charged with reckless conduct after driving his car through the storefront of a Portland pizza shop.

Lt. Robert Doherty said the driver, whose name was not available, and his car went through the window and into the dining area of the LIttle’s Caesars Pizza Shop off Auburn Street. The shop is located in the Northgate Plaza.

Doherty said there were three juveniles inside the vehicle at the time of the accident. No one in the car or inside the restaurant was injured.

Doherty said the boy was issued a criminal summons for reckless conduct.

The accident took place just before 5 p.m.
