LEBANON — One person was injured after two ATVs collided on Orrills Hill Road in Lebanon this afternoon.
Jason A. Cole, Lebanon’s Assistant Rescue Chief, said one driver stopped in the roadway after encountering what Cole described as “massive bumps.” Part of the road in that area had also washed out.
A second ATV hit the rear end of the other ATV pushing each driver into the handle bars.
Cole said a 44-year-old Lebanon man was transported by ambulance to Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester with non life-threatening injuries. The other driver, a 13-year-old boy, was not hurt.
The accident took place around 4 p.m.
