7/28 at 1:51 a.m. Nathan O’Leary, 32, of Lawrence Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/29 at 12:14 a.m. Daniel Mariscal, 34, of O’Brien Avenue, Machias, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of operating under the influence with one prior offense.

7/29 at 3:55 p.m. Daniel Stasulis, 55, of Santa Maria, Calif., was arrested on Middle Road by Officer Steven Townsend on charges of reckless conduct with a weapon, eluding an officer, and passing a roadblock.

8/1 at 10:40 a.m. Pang Yen, 38, of Mayo Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Dennis Ryder on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/21 at 11:09 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Patrolman Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

7/23 at 7:52 p.m. Shelley Silber, 51, of Balsam Lane, was issued a summons at her residence by Patrolman Dean Mazziotti on a charge of violating town ordinance on nuisance/barking dogs.

7/31 at 10:18 p.m. Joshua Mokarzel, 21, of Lower Falls Road; Zachary Quatrano, 20, of Falmouth Road; and Shaina Sirois, 18, of Plumwood Way, were issued summonses on Lower Falls Road by Patrolman Jeffrey Pardue on charges of possession of fireworks.
