Taylor Fawns joined the New England regional health law practice of Kozak & Gayer, P.A. Fawns of Portland recently practiced civil, commercial and real estate litigation, and corporate and business law.

 Holly Nunan joined Glacial Multimedia as a social media specialist. Nunan is responsible for creating, customizing, monitoring and integrating clients’ social media pages. She helps to create applications for various social media contests as well as mobile websites for clients.

Allison Perry and Chris Mouradian were hired as staff accountants at BerryDunn. They will both provide audit and accounting services to a variety of the firm’s clients, including both profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Perry was previously a bookkeeper at Perry’s Machine Shop.

Mouradian graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in business administration with a focus in accounting and finance.

John Orlowski was hired as director of human resources at Sweetser. Orlowski of South Portland was formerly the chief human resource officer at Maine Mental Health Partners.

Jerry Hayman joined Eastern Maine Development Corp. as chief financial officer. Hayman spent the past 13 years at Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems, Healthcare Charities, where he served as director of philanthropy services.

Crystal Ellis and Kole McBreairty also joined EMDC as a staff accountant and junior accountant, respectively.

Ellis previously worked for Berry Dunn’s tax accounting division and Miller Drug.

McBreairty was previously with Hawkes & Quirk CPA in Ellsworth.

Also at EMDC, Melody Weeks has shifted to the role of program manager for Maine’s Procurement and Technical Assistance Center. Most recently, Weeks was a program manager for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program.

Noreen Norton joined Starboard Leadership Consulting in Bangor as an economic development consultant. Norton has more than 20 years of economic development experience in the public and private sectors.
