OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Abigail Dubois scored after three minutes and Amy Twohig added a goal just before halftime Tuesday, and Old Orchard Beach went on to a 2-1 victory against Sacopee Valley in a Western Maine Conference schoolgirl soccer game.

Abby Fucciani sent a cross inside to Dubois for the early goal.

Sacopee scored in the second half when Breana Sprague redirected in a bouncing ball.

Jaclyn MacDonald finished with five saves for the Seagulls (2-1). Emily Colbert handled 15 shots for the Hawks (1-2-1).

 

BRUNSWICK 5, EDWARD LITTLE 3: Anna Cowan had four goals to power the Dragons (4-0) past the Red Eddies (2-1) at Brunswick.

Rachel Moroney added a goal and an assist for Brunswick, which built a 5-0 lead.

Olivia Parone, Rebecca Abel and Callie Murray scored for Edward Little.

Haley Murano had six saves for the Dragons.

Taylor Landry made 10 saves for the Red Eddies.

 

BUCKFIELD 4, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 0: Four players scored to help the Bucks (2-2) get past the Lions (0-3) at Buckfield.

Clarissa Jones made 22 saves for Greater Portland Christian.

 

OCEANSIDE 4, WINSLOW 0: Emma Spencer and Emily Gould had a goal and an assist each as Oceanside (4-0) shut out Winslow (2-2) at Rockland.

Rachel Frye and Brianna Dugan also scored, and Kennadi Grover recorded 10 saves for the shutout.

FREEPORT 2, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 1: Jocelyn Davee scored the winner midway through the second half as the Falcons (2-1) edged the Raiders (0-3) at Fryeburg.

Julia Smith had a first-half goal from Emily Johnson for Freeport.

Julia Quinn scored for Fryeburg.

 

FALMOUTH 1, GREELY 0: Cassie Darrow scored to lift the Yachtsmen (4-0) over the Rangers (1-1) at Cumberland.

CAPE ELIZABETH 1, YORK 0: Addison Wood scored with 17 minutes remaining to lift the Capers (3-1) over the Wildcats (2-1) at York.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 2, NOKOMIS 1: Maria Ennamorti converted Brooke Benedict’s assist 39 seconds into the second overtime as Medomak Valley (2-1) beat the Warriors (2-1) at Newport.

CHEVERUS 4, BONNY EAGLE 1: Staci Swallow scored twice to help Cheverus (5-0) down Bonny Eagle (1-3) at Portland.

After Swallow and Leah Carter of Bonny Eagle had first-half goals, Meredith Willard drove the ball up the left side and drilled a shot that was tipped in by Elyse Caiazzo for what proved to be the winner with 12:15 remaining. Emily Rodrigue also scored a minute later.

DEERING 1, KENNEBUNK 0: Kianna DiBiase scored a breakaway goal nine minutes into the second half as Deering (2-2) beat Kennebunk (2-3) at Portland.

Bri Delano made five saves for the shutout. Colleen Keegan finished with six saves for Kennebunk.

 

MARSHWOOD 5, SOUTH PORTLAND 1: Lindsey Poirier had two goals and three assists to lead Marshwood (5-0) over South Portland (1-3) at South Berwick.

Karissa Boesch also scored twice for the Hawks, who led 3-0 at halftime.

WINDHAM 8, MCAULEY 0: Morgan Richmond, Katelyn Tucker, Casey Dumont and Hannah Skvorak each scored twice as the Eagles (1-4) shut out the Lions (0-4) at Portland.

Tucker and Richmond each added an assist, and Alana Dougherty had two assists.

 

GORHAM 3, NOBLE 0: Charlotte Smith scored a first-half goal, and Jaime Hansen and Darcie Brown added second-half goals as Gorham (2-3) pulled away from the Knights (0-4) at North Berwick.

SANFORD 4, THORNTON ACADEMY 3: Caroline L’Heureux scored the winning goal with 11:13 left as Sanford (4-1) downed Thornton Academy (3-2) at Saco.

L’Heureux had a goal and an assist to help Sanford take a 3-1 lead by halftime. Lauren Russell of Thornton set up Morgan Dube and Alicyn Romprey less than two minutes apart midway through the second half to make it 3-3.

 

MT. ARARAT 2, BREWER 1: Caitlin LaFountain had two goals, the second in overtime, to lift the Eagles (3-2) over the Witches (2-2-1) at Topsham.

 

MT. VIEW 4, ERSKINE ACADEMY 0: Kersey Boulay scored twice as the Mustangs (3-2) downed the Eagles (0-4) at Thorndike.
