BRUNSWICK — Behind a suffocating defense led by Zach Worcester, Josh Goddard and Caleb Hansen, the Brunswick High School freshmen football squad beat Morse 24-0 in recent action.

Offensively, Alex Larson hit Will Bessey over the middle for a long touchdown pass. Evan Groat scored on a reverse to the left side, Zach Hansen scored on a sweep to the right and Terrance Lamphere bulled in for a 1-yard touchdown run.

After falling behind 18-0 in the first half, Morse played strong defense in the second half, holding Brunswick scoreless until a fourth quarter turnover on the M-1 set up Lamphere’s TD run.
