BATH — Morse High School girls soccer finally held its Senior Night on Monday and celebrated with a 1-0 Class B win over Medomak Valley.

Morse moved to the Hyde School turf field to play its final home regular-season game and took territorial control from the start.

It took, however, until the 26-minute mark for Morse to get on the board. The goal began with a throughball from Bess Howell which Brianna Williams buried into the net.

The second half was much the same as the first with Morse pounding the shots on the Medomak goal, but was not able to find the back of the net again.

The game ended with Morse (12-1-1) having a 36-3 shot advantage and with Sadia Crosby notching her 10th shutout of the regular season.

Morse seniors Sadia Crosby, Megan Hixon, Bess Howell, Mia Lindhart and Liz Walfield were honored after the completion of the game
