I have lived in Cape Elizabeth for eight years. I spend time in South Portland because it is a great place and life is good there. And one of the things that makes life good in South Portland is City Councilor Rosemarie De Angelis. I have known her since coming to Maine. Rosemarie is an incredible ambassador for South Portland and Maine. She is bright, effective, and strong in her pursuit of excellence. She listens to and follows-up with her constituents. South Portland needs to re-elect Rosemarie to the City Council.
