11/14 at 9:11 a.m. Christopher M. Evans, 30, was arrested at Pine Point Road and Pine Ledge Drive by Officer Timothy Dalton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/14 at 8:43 p.m. Justin H. Knudsen, 24, of Brown Street, Westbrook, was arrested at Gorham and County roads by Officer Douglas Weed on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

11/15 at 9;40 p.m. Melissa D. Scott, 34, of Mitchell Hill Road, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating without a license.

11/16 at 8:07 p.m. Mark W. O’Brien, 39, of Jordan Avenue, South Portland, was arrested at Route 1 and Scarborough Downs Road by Sgt. Mary Pearson on a charge of violating conditions of probation or parole.

11/17 at 2:02 p.m. Joseph T. Haggett, 26, of Woodford Street, Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/17 at 9:18 p.m. Corey J. Robinson, 22, of Earles Way, was arrested on County Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of possession of scheduled drugs, sale or use of drug paraphernalia and violating conditions of release.

11/18 at 10:59 a.m. Gregory D. Martell, 32, of Devonshire Street, Portland, was arrested on the I-295 Spur by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

11/18 at 9:45 p.m. Clint J. Deuschle, 31, of Westbrook Street, South Portland, was arrested at Gallery Boulevard and Mussey Road on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/16 at 7:44 a.m. Police responded to a call about a burglary in process at Xtreme Audio on Route 1 and arrested Kaysean D. Moss, 42, of Veranda Street, Portland, after a brief foot chase involving tracking by the K-9 unit. Moss faces charges of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief after allegedly throwing a rock through the front door and removing stereo components found stacked outside.
