BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Junior High boys seventh-grade basketball team continued its winning ways Monday with a 43-40 win over Tripp.
Brunswick was led by Alex Small and Colby Buckman with 14 and 10 points, respectively.
The Huskies held a 46-20 rebounding advantage, led by 14 from Alex Demars, with Deon Sands adding six and Small five. Ten of Demars’ rebounds were offensive.
The Huskies had quarter leads of 19-7, 23-18 and 35-31
Tim Alsent led Tripp in scoring with 20 points and a strong floor game. He was aided by Bryce Hudson, who recorded nine points. Tripp also was 11 for 18 from the foul line
