NAPLES – Kelsey Winslow scored on a fast-break pass from Sarah Hancock with 10 seconds left Saturday, and Lake Region held on for a 48-45 victory against Poland in a Western Maine Conference schoolgirl basketball game.

Winslow’s basket broke a 46-46 tie. She finished with 23 points and 16 rebounds for the Lakers (10-2). Sydney Hancock added 17 points.

Michaela Arsenault led the Knights (5-7) with 24 points.

HYDE 40, KENTS HILL 20: Katie Comeaux scored all of her 10 points in the second half and also finished with seven rebounds as the Phoenix (11-0) pulled away from the Huskies (2-6) at Kents Hill.

Kara Fischer added seven points, seven rebounds and eight steals for Hyde, which led 16-13 at halftime.

FORT KENT 55, FORT FAIRFIELD 48: Chelsey Plourde scored 18 points and collected seven assists to lead the Warriors (8-6) over the Tigers (9-3) at Fort Kent.

NOKOMIS 54, MORSE 50: Taylor Shaw and Mikayla Charters each scored four points in overtime as the Warriors (11-1) beat the Shipbuilders (4-8) at Bath.

SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 41, PINE TREE ACADEMY 33: Laken Kerrigan scored four points in the third quarter as the Guardians (1-11) rallied from a 21-19 halftime deficit to take a 25-23 lead against the Breakers (1-10) at Eliot.

Kylene DeSmith scored 13 points and Kerrigan had 10 for Seacoast. Allison Verrill led the Breakers with 13.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 43, WATERVILLE 40: Jennifer Genthner converted a three-point play in the final minute and the Panthers (2-11) missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Eagles (4-9) a victory at Waterville.

BELFAST 57, MEDOMAK VALLEY 44: Katrina Lapham scored 14 of her 22 points in the second half, and Lexi Nelligan added all 11 of her points as Belfast (8-3) pulled away from a 21-19 halftime lead against the Panthers (4-8) at Waldoboro.

McKenzie Thibodeau added 13 points for the Lions.

BIDDEFORD 4. YAR-MOUTH/FREEPORT 1: Katherine Dumoulin had two goals and an assist to lead the Tigers (7-6-1) against the Clippers (4-9-1) at Biddeford.

Suzette Lamoureux and Tiffany Gagne added a goal apiece for the Tigers.

FALMOUTH 5, CAPE ELIZABETH-WAYNFLETE 1: Jayde Bazinet scored twice, and Gabby St. Angelo had a goal and an assist to help Falmouth (11-4) down Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete (3-7-3) at Portland.

Lucy Meyer and Martina St. Angelo also scored for the Yachtsmen. Kate Bosworth answered for Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete.

YORK 5, GORHAM/BONNY EAGLE 0: Tori Stocks had three goals and an assist to lead York (10-3-1) past Gorham/Bonny Eagle (6-7) at Dover, N.H.

Kendall Carr and Rachel Yorke also scored for the Wildcats.

GREELY 7, BRUNSWICK 3: Meg Finlay and Mary Morrison had two goals apiece for the Rangers (11-2-1), who scored four first-period goals and cruised past the Dragons (5-10) at Brunswick.

Paige Tuller, Erin Molloy and Danita Storey added a goal apiece, and Maura Verrill collected two assists for Greely.
