FREEPORT MIDDLE SCHOOL’S sixth-grade math team took first place in last week’s Southern Maine Elementary Math Meet, competing against 25 other math teams from Greater Portland. Zach Flood won first place as an individual by having a perfect score. Peter Sachs took home a fourth-place trophy as an individual.
