PORTLAND – Madeline Ciraldo finished with her second straight hat trick as Cape Elizabeth beat Gorham/Bonny Eagle 5-3 Monday night in a girls’ hockey game at the Cumberland County Civic Center.

Rachel Litif led Gorham/Bonny Eagle (6-10) with a goal and two assists and Hannah Southard and Carly Barber added one goal.

Gretchen Stevens and Emily Spidle added one goal each for Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete.

Lily Jordan had 29 saves for the Capers. Madeline Hamblen had 34 saves for the Rams.

BONNY EAGLE 6, WESTBROOK 3: Josh Bagley finished with three goals and an assist, Travis Rogers added two goals and two assists, and Chet Komulainen scored on an assist from Tommy Komulainen to lead the Scots (9-2) past the Blue Blazes (1-9) at USM Arena.

Jacob Webster led Westbrook with two goals and Shawn McKeough had the other.

 

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

FOREST HILLS 57, SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 56: Derick Ouellette took a pass from Evan Worster and scored on a layup with 3 seconds left to lift the Tigers (12-2) over the Guardians (7-8) at Thomas College in Waterville.

Ouellette finished with eight points.

Evan Worster scored a game-high 23 points and Ryan Petrin added 11 for the Tigers. Brandon Ouellette scored nine points as well.

Isaac LaCroix scored 17 points to pace Seacoast Christian.

 

WINTHROP 61, OAK HILL 48: Crispin Banda had 14 points and five steals to lead the host Ramblers (9-6) over the Raiders (5-10) in a Mountain Valley Conference game.

Taylor Morang scored 13 points and Hunter Kilgore added 12 for Winthrop, which trailed 12-10 after the first quarter. Dakota Carter grabbed 10 rebounds.

Parker Asselin scored a team-high 12 points and Luke Washburn added 11 for the Raiders.

HALL-DALE 62, LISBON 37: Mike Woods scored 19 points and Brian Allen added 16 to lead the Bulldogs (9-6) to an MVC win in Lisbon.

Hall-Dale pulled away in the third quarter, outscoring the Greyhounds, 17-5.

Tucker Brannon led Lisbon (3-12) with 15 points.

 

MADISON 62, TELSTAR 47: Austin Kane scored a game-high 24 points and Derek LeBlanc added nine to lead the Bulldogs (9-7) in Madison.

Kaleb Staples and Chase Malloy each added six points to pace Madison.

Mike DelDuca scored 18 points and Nick Mills added 13 to lead the Rebels (1-14).

 

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

FOREST HILLS 57, SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 25: The Tigers (12-2) outscored the Guardians 20-2 in the second quarter en route to the Class D win at Thomas College.

Kori Coro led the Tigers with 21 points and Keely Taylor and Anna Carter each scored nine.

Kristin Wittner led the Guardians (2-12) with 10 points.

OAK HILL 46, WINTHROP 20: Julie Morneault scored 11 points and Haley Marshall added nine to lead the Raiders (8-7) in Winthrop.

Grace Sabine chipped in with six points for Oak Hill.

Cat Ouellette scored six points to pace the Ramblers (1-14).
