1/31 at 8:49 a.m. Nathaniel E. Wing, 23, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Bath Road by Marine Resource Officer Paul Plummer on charges of violating condition of release, criminal trespass, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernialia. 

1/31 at 10:28 a.m. Sergey S. Mulin, 21, of Cumberland Street,  was arrested on Union Street by Officer Julia Gillespie on a warrant. 

1/31 at 12:42 p.m. Shawn M. Williams, 34, of Higgins Road, West Bath, was arrested at Pleasant Street and Interstate 295 by Officer Jonathan O’Connor on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation with one prior, operating under the influence with two priors and a probation hold.

1/31 at 8:26 p.m. Shawn M. Mills, 28, of MacMillan Drive, was arrested on MacMillan Drive by Officer Jason McCarthy on a warrant.

2/1 at 3:45 p.m. Lauren A. Arsenault, 18, of Harpswell Road, was arrested on Federal Street by Officer Mark Steele Jr. on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

2/1 at 5:31 p.m. Raymond G. Taylor, 24, of Baybridge Road, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Patrick Scott on a warrant.

2/1 at 7:05 p.m. Brandon P. Boshea, 21, of Cushing Street, was arrested on Cushing Street by Officer Jason McCarthy on two charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. 

2/2 at 12:59 a.m. Meghan J. Germano, 22, of Drayton Road, Bath, was arrested at Federal Street and Bath Road by Lt. Lynne Doucette on a charge or operating under the influence.

2/3 at 10:41 p.m. Holly Lorms, 24, of Potter Street, was arrested near Harpswell Road by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/3 at 11:10 p.m. Steven P. Schneider, 42, of Garland Road, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/30 at 8:03 p.m. A 17-year-old male was issued a summons on Maine Street by Lt. Todd Ridlon on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

1/31 at 4:12 p.m. Darrell L. McCauley, 32, of Fernwood Drive, was issued a summons by Officer John Roma on two counts of assault.

2/1 at 5:31 p.m. Mindy F. Joslyn, 24, of Coombs Road, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Patrick Scott on a warrant.

2/1 at 11:20 p.m. Mitchell M. Carney, 22, of Kossuth Street, Thomaston, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of motor vehicle speeding (+30 mph over speed limit).

2/2 at 10:22 p.m. Devin Fry, 19, of Old Portland Road, was issed a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

2/3 at 12:52 a.m. John Smith, 26, of Andrews Road, Bath, was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

2/2 at 5:12 p.m. After a brief conversation with a 29-year-old male at the Starbucks on Gurnet Road, Lt. Todd Ridlon came to the conclusion that Cade Wright, 29, of Larrabee Road, West Bath, had a concealed firearm without a permit. Wright argued that he was carrying the firearm openly because he had a concealment holster in his pants, but Ridlon contested that it was being hidden under his jacket. After going outside, Ridlon search Wright, found he was carrying a Glock .23 pistol and arrested him.
