2/11 at 4:10 p.m. Jason T. McPhail, 39, of Meadow Road, Topsham, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, possession of marijuana and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

2/5 at 3:30 p.m. Robert A. Urquhart, 25, of School House Crossing Road, Topsham, was issued a summons at Durham Road and True Street by Officer Brandon Paxton on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.
