2/7 at 1:56 a.m. Erica T. Kingston, 39, of Stonington Court, was arrested on the East Main Street ramp by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of operating under the influence and operating left of center lane.

2/10 at 4:39 p.m. James Leyden, 54, of Royal Road, North Yarmouth, was arrested on East Main Street by Officer Amie Rapa on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Summonses

2/7 at 1:54 p.m. John A. Hunt, 54, of Howland Drive, was issued a summons on North Road by Officer Kerry Warner on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Got gas?

2/6 at 10:28 p.m. A resident on East Main Street reported a suspicious man in a black-hooded sweatshirt who approached her and asked to use her phone because he had run out of gas on I-295. Police responded to the call and found that, in fact, the man’s car had run out of gas.
